Randy Crutcher, M.A. Ed.D
Randy ha
s over three decades of experience as a teacher, counselor, and community organizer/builder. He is a personal and professional development coach, facilitator, and consultant to both large institutions and small organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He has done extensive work with men and boys to become all they can be having opened one of the first state grant funded men’s counseling center’s in America. He developed programs to assist men in learning alternatives to violence, father and son workshops and gatherings.
Along with community service and education organizations, he has built small businesses and homes. He has helped found new regional parks and recreation trail systems that create opportunities for healthy recreation, learning, and connection to nature.
Active at the crossroads of the emerging global consciousness and sustainability movements, he writes magazine articles, columns, and essays and poetry on a wide range of topics.

For more than 20 years Karin Lubin has served in educational settings in a variety of schools, districts, community groups and educational think tanks. In addition to her career as an elementary teacher and principal, she has coached and mentored administrators, teachers, students, individuals, and business leaders in the public and private sectors. Karin’s doctoral research on servant leadership describes her personal style of serving and leading people to become the best they can be. Karin is a certified SoulCollage® facilitator and uses this as one of the powerful tools in her coaching to explore and map one’s rich inner landscape. She’s also a trained Passion Test facilitator, using this simple but profound method to help people become crystal clear about what they love, and to consistently decide to live from those passions. She is also the director of the Passion Test Facilitator Certification Program that spreads this powerful tool around the globe.
Always an avid learner, she frequently participates in and leads personal growth conferences and maintains cutting-edge knowledge in the latest advances in energy healing for herself and clients. Her practices include Jin Shin Do, neuromuscular body work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and other modalities for relieving pain and clearing blocks and beliefs. Several years ago, a surprising and rich addition to this repertoire appeared as she began receiving spiritual guidance for herself and others through a non-physical entity called “Osiris.”
